On April 27, 1999, Ben Weider (at Right) presented to His Excellency Juan Antonio Samaranch, President of the IOC, the IFBB Doping Control Policy and Anti-doping program which was approved by the Executive Council of the IFBB at its meeting in Izmir, last November.
